ECS - Support Placement Strategy

      Currently it is not possible to set a Placement Strategy and now everytime we bring up a new server to accomodate the Largest Slave Container it is directly occupied by smaler Slaves.

       

      I would like to be able to specify the Placement Strategy "binpack"
