Blueocean pipeline graph incomplete

      Description

      The pipeline graph in blueocean is no longer complete after a recent upgrade. 

      Here ist what it looks like now in blueocean:

      Here is what it looks like in the classic UI:

      The pipeline looked fine in blueocean before as well.

            I'm pretty sure we fixed this in 1.13.2 which we rolled back a regression, 1.14 should have both fixed properly.

             

            If this is not fixed in 1.13.2, can you re-open but include a jenkinsfile that highlights the issue?
