      There are considerable number of users who want fine-grained control over which
      part of Hudson needs authorization (see
      http://www.nabble.com/Acess-Control-for-the-whole-Hudson-Application-tf3835386.html)
      for example.

      There's a workaround, but it would be nice to provide some support for this in
      the core.
