Description

Original: Clang-Tidy diagnostic errors that are not associated to a specific line of code are not published to Jenkins by the plugin.

New: Clang-Tidy diagnostic errors that are not associated to a specific line of code are not published to Jenkins by the plugin. For my understanding the plugin should report 9 warnigs in case of the output file detached to the ticket.
