Make the existing features,processes and implementations pipeline compatible (eg: Assigning Badges,Promoting Builds)

      Many Existing implementations/features in the current promoted-builds should be made pipeline compatible.

      Features Include:

      • Assigning Promotion Badges to builds in Pipelines.
      • Promoting builds in Pipelines through these Badges.
      • Triggering new Jobs in Pipeline with the help of newer APIs.
