Localhost: Not able to connect Webhook from Bitbucket with Jenkins for automatic build for each commit.

      I have installed Atlassian Bitbucket v6.3.2 and Jenkins 2.176.1

      I am trying for auto build for each commit in GIT and used the below steps to create a Webhooks.

      Localhost Bitbucket -> Project Settings -> Webhooks -> create

      But I am not able to connect to my Localhost Jenkins, its showing the attached error logs.

          It had been 1 week and no one taken responsibility to attend this issue.

          So, I tried myself and come to a conclusion that, we need to download ngrok.exe to expose our Localhost to internet to work with Jenkins.

          Steps:

          • Download ngrok.exe
          • Cmd -> {ngrok exe path} http {Jenkins Port no} -> Copy the {http URL} from Cmd
          • {http URL}

            /bitbucket-hook/

          Example: http://f52f6322.ngrok.io/bitbucket-hook/
