EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) occurs when retrieving sources via the Visual SourceSafe Plugin

      Whilst hudson is retrieving code from a Visual sourceSafe repository, the JVM reports EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005).
      Once the error has occurred, the Hudson server is unresponsive and has to be restarted.
