[Blue Ocean] Cannot write inside text parameters

We have been experiencing a very annoying issue with the new blue ocean UI.

If you have a parameterized build and there is an `input type="text"` field anywhere in the parameters - it is impossible to enter anything inside that field. Once you click inside the text input the page redirects immediately to the latest build.

I have attached a short video which demonstrates the issue.

      Workaround:
If you right click inside the input field and then right click again - the cursor will appear and you should be able to write inside the input.

P.S. I'm not very sure which is the "right" component, so apologize if it's the wrong one.
