The /cc.xml endpoint was removed from Jenkins core in 2.173, but the cctray-xml plugin adds it back. With the cctray-xml plugin installed and the github-oauth option enabled to allow access to the endpoint, an authentication error occurs. It may be because cctray-xml redirects /cc.xml to /cc.xml/
