Jenkins 2.220
Steps:
- visit jenkins/pluginManager/installed
- select a plugin to update
- click the install button
- check the Restart Jenkins when installation is complete and no jobs are running box

Restarting Jenkins |
By the time the Restarting jenkins line loads in the browser, the jenkins server is restarting and no longer able to serve the picture.
Expected results:
As the picture is generic (it isn't big, and isn't particularly specific to this task), preload it in the page so that when it's needed
