As part of JENKINS-33628, the ItemsContent was moved to a new component to be able to disable it. But as part of the change:
- the component was made disabled by default
- the component is loading allBuilds of all items that is potentially (surely) more expensive than the previous method
We should improve the performance of that item so that it can be made enabled by default again.
