Enable responsive option for all DataTables

      In JENKINS-57401 a user would like to see the actual path of a warning. One way of solving this is by creating an additional column.

      In order to avoid horizontal scrolling, the table should use the responsive extension of DataTables.net: i.e., on small screens only the important columns should be shown. On large screens all columns could be shown.

          The metrics aggregation plugin already uses this option to dynamically change the table content.
