Add parser for JUnit test results

      The library violations-lib already contains such a parser. It can be easily integrated by writing a small adapter with corresponding
      test.

          Sir, in order to add JUnit Parser I have made the class JUnitAdapter which causes breaking of semantic versioning. How can I avoid this? Or where in which class I have to add JUnitAdapter.

          Sir, kindly check again my pull request, I have added the comments in the javadoc along with the test cases for the parser.
