[JENKINS-59816] Swarm remoting client is too old

Description

Original: Run into the problem that the latest version og the swarm plugin uses a remoting version (3.30) that is inferior than the one I'm using (3.33) hence the node can not be started. I noticed that in Github the remoting version was bumped to 3.33. on Jun-20  Is there any chance that we you can release a version of the plugin with that version of remoting? I tried build it from source and I get this error (I'm not very familiar with maven)  {{[ERROR] [ERROR] Some problems were encountered while processing the POMs:}} {{ [FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM for org.jenkins-ci.plugins:swarm-plugin:3.18-SNAPSHOT: Could not transfer artifact org.jenkins-ci.plugins:plugin:pom:3.49 from/to repo.jenkins-ci.org ([https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/public/):] sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target and 'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM @ line 14, column 13}}
