Currently, when setting Max number of history entries to show per page to greater than the number of results, there is no link to see the next page of results. Results are just truncated.
It would be nice if navigation was added to support the pagination.

owood I think it would be nice to provide a screenshot and maybe some kind of visual quick explanation to better understand what this means. I think I understand, but maybe if this more immediately understandable even from people less knowledgeable of this plugin, someone newer in the community might want to give this a shot?
