Polling on matrix build always gives "P4: Polling error; no previous change.

      Polling on a matrix build never builds:

      P4: Polling: No changes in previous build.
      P4: Polling error; no previous change.

      The syncID we search for is different that the syncID in previous runs' build.xml.

      p4-plugin 1.10.9
