Windows agents are not getting started post Jenkins upgrade

      Post upgarde from Jenkins 2.73.3. to 2.1073, all the windows agents were down and not able to come up.

      WMI agent version = 1.3.1

       

      We have almost tried all suggestion mentioned in forum but it did not work. All the connectivity is in place. Please help and let me know if more information is needed.
