Warnings should be sorted by line numbers

    Description

      When brawsing warnings for some file warnings should be sorted by line numbers for easier navigation.

      And every time when warnings are grouped by file, e.g. the whole warning list for some build, sorting inside group should be done by line numbers where appropriate.

            FindBugs Warnings->Files->select one file->Details tab
            The result is neither sorted nor sortable

            And
            FindBugs Warnings->Files->select one file->Warnings tab
            shows only 1 warning, I think that is what JENKINS-2780 is about.
