Issues column tooltip popup outside visible area

      When hovering over the "# Issues" Column in the project list, the popup containing the details for all tools is outside the visible area. See the attached screenshot for a demonstration.

          The column is using the class healthReport from Jenkins Core. This should be fixed there. Actually it would make more sense to use a better framework for this (like bootstrap).
