CredentialsProvider implementations are ignore by JCasC

      The current implementation to support JCasC is handling credentials from the system provider (SystemCredentialsProvider) exclusively.

      Any extension of CredentialsProvider is ignored, so credentials coming from it are not handled by JCasC.
