However, this plugin needs to be configured at Jenkins system level and only accept user/plain password as credential to connect Jira.
Moreover, it only accepts one edition of Jira configuration, which means that if other team requests for the same on the master, they can't use it as your team has occupied the configuration.

Perhaps restrict this issue description to align w/subject.
