If the folder plugin is used to have folders using template auto completeness not useable.
There is no way to create a job which use a template job inside of a folder (also not autocomplete support).
If a new job should be created inside a folder the auto complete does not work for the root jobs, but if manual entered it works.

Works for me using "New Item", "copy from Existing". If inside a folder and wanting to copy from root, precede with a leading "/". Autocomplete then works for root jobs or navigating down to other folders as you type.
