Increase the default size of select boxes

      I feel like there's too much scrolling in the role select list, it would be more user friendly if the list box was larger

          It is yes but the plugin has a stalled re-design: https://github.com/jenkinsci/folder-auth-plugin/pull/58 so probably part of a larger piece of work
