Remove 'X' for admin role

      If you try to delete the admin role by clicking on the 'X' button, the UI allows it
      and then you get an error message from the server side,
      If you check the logs it says you can't delete the admin role

      The 'X' button in the UI should be hidden to prevent this scenario
