Disk Usage plugin icons missing if --prefix used

      Basically the display on the page all the icons are wrong.   We use prefix to make a path at the beginning so the https://hostname/plugin/disk-usage/icons/directory16.png doesn't exist and should be https://hostname/ourprefix/plugin/disk-usage/icons/directory16.png
