user cannot see folder when part of gitlab group that was granted access to that folder

      When a user is a member of a group in GitLab and that group is granted access to a folder in Jenkins, the user cannot see that folder or its contents.

      This group permission used to work on an older version of GitLab (12.5.1 was the last version I know used to work.
