Long running Jenkins suddenly not loading in UI, when checked in Backend the status is Active

      Description

      My Jenkins UI suddenly not working, when I checked the status it is in Active.

      No abnormal Logs are found and Jenkins started working when I done a restart. Could you please help in finding the RCA ?
