Actual result:
100% CPU usage
Something on the build status page, possibly the barber poll animation, uses a lot of CPU. This causes CPU fan to go into high gear.

added a comment - Its about jenkins the build server software; Seems the default project in jira is the infrastructure project and I didn't see it was an option so it just submitted that way. I have moved the ticket to the 'JENKINS' project.
