It would be great if we can add a feature to ad workflow and approvals any stage of the pipeline. Currently, we receive manual approval from App owners, Test Managers before deploying the build on to QA, UAT, or prod regions.

Key Capabilities:

1. Admin should be able to create a workflow and add reviewers/approvers
2.  Admin can able to order the approval hierarchy
3. The approver should have the ability to click the link and approve it.
4. The approver should be able to authenticate before approving the request. 
5. Next stage should be kicked off automatically once all the approvals are done
