Sphinx parser misses warnings without line number

      The sphinxBuild parser misses some warnings. The output line looks like this:

      <filepath>.rst: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree

      The parser does extract other warnings from the same build. The difference is that those warnings contain a line number after the filename, so I assume that might be the cause.
