Hi Team

I am trying to install Jenkins in a windows server through Java command. While starting Jenkins, it is getting stuck at "This may also be found at: C:\Users\sachinrajbalaji.k\.jenkins\secrets\initialAdminPassword" this line and not proceeding further (not giving any errors). While accessing the web page, it is getting stuck at "Please wait while Jenkins is ready to work..." We found that Jenkins is trying to get a response from https://updates.jenkins.io/update-center.json which is not getting completed. Can you please help me understand what is causing this issue and why there are no error logs to debug the issue? Please find the additional details below

Jenkins version: 2.164 (tried with latest version also and got same issue)

Java version: Tried with both Oracle JDK 1.8 and OpenJDK11

Command to start Jenkins: java -jar jenkins.war
