We are facing issue with MSTest-plugin

It throws errors like below on Linux and Windows jenkins slaves 

Currently we trying to fix this issue on Ubuntu 18.04 Server

Build Report error:

We have tried to increase JVM Heap size even to 6Gb

But still no luck
