Need to find a way to populate availlable kernel in global configuration

Currently, users need to type the kernel name in the global config to execute code in appropriate kernels. That is not a convenient way of including kernels in the Jenkins. Dropdown lists are more comfortable than textbox, but in the distributive environment, it is hard to get available kernels to Jenkins.
