We have a workflow that requires reviewing console logs as part of stepping through a pipelines, visualized using the delivery pipeline plugin.

These logs tend to be above the threshold where Jenkins wants to truncate them and link to consoleFull, but not so large that they're actually problematic to read. We also use the collapsing sections plugin to make viewing them easier.

It would be convenient & improve the experience of these workflows if delivery pipeline plugin could be configured to link to the full console log, perhaps as a second optional flag to `linkToConsoleLog`?
