Prevent scrollbar "bump"

      Description

      By default there is no scrollbar, so if something suddenly causes the need for a scrollbar, it appears, causing a "bump", this can be prevented having the scrollbar space reserved, for instance.

          I don't think this is an actionable issue. This is mostly standard browser behaviour IIRC. I would recommend closing this issue, as any solution would degrade the app behaviour just to fix something normal that happens on page resize.

          Actually, when I opened this ticket I was experiencing the bump when the notifications were too large to cause the scroll to be needed (which was a bad UX IMHO). I should have uploaded a gif rather than two images, but if you move from one image to the other you should see what was the issue.

          However, I've been testing it again in the last few days and the issue seems to now be gone. So this ticket is no longer relevant. I'll close it.
