We use the LDAP security settings. We use the default config where we just specify our LDAP server. This works quite well. However, when we go into "Manage Hudson" and "Configure System" the screen will fill in the "Manager DN" Manager Password". This seems to happen with Firefox but not Chrome. It seems to ahppen after using the login feature to "Remember me". Why do these values get filled in when I manage hudson? If someone edits the configs, for unrelated items, it will then make Hudson auth using that persons credentials which is security issue at best and in our case does not work.
