StringIndexOutOfBoundsException can happen in MarkupText.SubText.getText()

      We experience java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 305 at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1934) at hudson.MarkupText$SubText.getText(MarkupText.java:106) at some of our jobs on the progressive console output. Hudson version is 1.355.
