As an administrator of a gerrit project, I want the Gerrit Trigger Jenkins Plugin to trigger a job if the changes commit message matches a regular expression.

Our workflow allows developers to control additional pipeline activities by add specific keywords to the commit message. It would be nice to have the Gerrit Trigger plugin manage that.

The commit message string appears in the gerrit event stream.
