Description

Original: *Currently* GitHub App credentials are being accessed through standard username and password credentials binding. *It would be nice* to create dedicated binding of it own to support owner override and other use cases in the future like overriding stale / expired settings.  *We will know that we are done*, where there is new binding created in github-branch-source-plugin repo and withCredentials can be used with the new binding.
