[JENKINS-64689] Gerrit Servers remove failed with HTTP ERROR 400 - Jenkins Jira

I click Add New Server and fill with http://gerrit.xx.com/ for server name.

I think maybe server name not support character like : or /

Description	I click [Add New Server\|http://172.16.218.200:8080/jenkins/gerrit-trigger/newServer] and fill with [http://gerrit.xx.com/] for server name.
