Perforce Plugin causes job config save failure

      Installation and enablement of Perforce Plugin (https://wiki.jenkins.io/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2916615) on Jenkins version 2.278 causes job configuration save errors.

      The Perforce Plugin recommends use of the P4 Plugin. This ticket is opened to aid triage by other users, rather than a request to fix the Perforce Plugin (the distribution of the plugin is currently suspended due to security risks).

      Using component "core" as the perforce-plugin is not available from the Component/s list.
