Reduce usages of Guava in Jenkins core

      Most of the guava collect api is now part of jdk8. So to ease guava upgrade we can get rid of the non needed guava collect api

          olamy can you please clarify where you mean this work to be done? In Jenkins Core? Everywhere? Merki  (I suppose you mean everywhere, but then I think a single Jira may not represent accurately what this effort entails )

          I started a PR here https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/5344#issuecomment-830920952

          but I gave up as some part of this PR have been duplicated in another PRs and I don't want time maintaining this PR/branch if some folks do the same.
