We sporadically get this issue. It has happened 22 times in the last 20 days. I also saw other Jenkins tickets for this get resolved with older versions of the plugin. I am using the latest of each plugin and of Jenkins itsself.

I have had both Azure and my network team prove this is not latency on client side.
