Job config screen have tabs appear more than once

    Description

      Hi Community,

         Just upgrade from 190.1 to 277.2, and I notice the tabs appear more than once in job configuration (please see attachment)

          Looks like I need to update the plugins and the problem is solved.

          I have to update "Promoted Build" and "Config File Provider"

          For me this issues isn't fixed with Jenkins 2.291 and promoted builds plugin 3.9.1 . Unfortunately the UI problem is only the "top of the iceberg": as long as the promoted builds plugin is enabled I cannot save changes to the job configuration.

          Note from our point of view:

          1. It seems there is one set of these Tabs, per promotion step configured
          2. Here - with (Jenkins 2.277.4) + promoted-build 3.9 (+ a local modification) - I can save the job configs.
          3. As just tested: it also works with (plain) promoted-build 3.10
          4. => So this looks, as if there is something more on your side

          Tried it again with Jenkins 2.293 and Promoted Builds plugin 3.10 and now it works for me: I can save changes in the job config.
