When not logged in blueocean urls return a 404.

      Some breaking change or bug was introduced recently. It used to be that links to blueocean jobs such as blue/organizations/jenkins/jobname would redirect to the login page, but now they return a 404. This has broken several links in our app. What can explain this behavior and how can it be resolved?

          Actually this is still happening. Blueocean doesn't seem to respect discover permissions.

          By removing READ permissions and keeping DISCOVER permissions, I was able to resolve this issue.
