Add User's IP-address to audit trail logs

      From security perspective it'd be better to have username and remote-IP in audit logs entry.
      For example, like this:
      "Audit request /configure by user admin from 192.168.12.55"

      If user is unknown it'd be better to use a placeholder. For example, NA:

      "Audit request /configure by user NA from 192.168.12.55"

       

      It's a simple change could be very useful for security incident investigations.
