I am getting a lot of these during Jenkins restart:

And it is starting really slow, like for 10 minutes slow. I am not sure when did it started - I remember it ti e starting real slow for a very long time, and I finally decided to look into logs and seen this so I am not even sure if slow start and this warning are related - but that's all I can see in the logs.
