Get message in a failed build:
Identified problems
No identified problem
If you know why this problem occurred, please add a suitable failure cause for it!

So, apparently if I have permission, I will also get a link on this page to be able to add a cause, but I do not have this permission.  So, this message is annoying me as it is asking me to add a cause when I can't.  If I do not have permission, I should get a different message such as:

Identified problems
No identified problem
If you know why this problem occurred, report it to your Administrator, who could update the build cause failure table, or give you  permission to add the cause reason.
