I recently upgraded from  2.289.1 to 2.289.2. In two days, an issue is found forced me to roll back to 2.289.1.

When I click on the "Build" button on a job page, 2 executions are launched.

This only happens on the IE browser, Chrome as tested works fine.

Restart the Jenkins worked for the first time login IE and click on the "build" button, from the second onwards, every single click on the "build" button triggers 2 executions.
