Instead of screenshots that are not applicable and when words will suffice, how about providing a proper description of your problem so people can understand your problem and perhaps offer help.

You upgraded Jenkins or the email-ext-plugin? From / to what versions? Did you restart?

The error text in the picture is: java.lang.IllegalStateException: An attempt to save the global configuration was made before it was loaded

Did you try googling that? Did you come across the Jenkins Upgrade Notes with that exact phrase?

Dis you search the issues log and perhaps discover: JENKINS-64295 An attempt to save the global configuration was made before it was loaded ?
